The firm is currently managed by a group of highly efficient engineers, technical consultants & administrative managers. We construct our project under the supervision of skilled, qualified and honest manpower by following Bangladesh National Building Code.

• With Materials: We provide all kind of construction materials (Item Rates following PWD/LGED, or slab area measurement). Includes Civil Works (Rebar, Cement, Local Stone, Brick), Shuttering Materials, Sanitary, Electrical, and Fire Fighting Equipment.
• Without Materials: We provide Shuttering Materials, Labor Supply, and Supervision. Regular supervision will be monitored by Junior/Diploma Engineers under a Graduate Engineer.

Major Equipment: Steel shutter, Roof hoist (Small crane), Casting sheet, Mixture Machine, Concrete Lab TEST Equipment (Cylinder, cone), Vibrator Machine.

• Structural design of buildings: Using ETABS, SAFE, STAAD PRO structural Analysis and Design software which produce more comprehensive and accurate analysis that completely eliminates risks thus making our designs top competitive.
• Housing: Feasibility studies, planning, detailed structural and civil design, costing, supervision, and construction management of residential housing, estates, school complex etc.
• Structural vulnerability assessment: For earthquake load, wind load and other uncertain impact load for which structural may fail without pre warning.
• Concrete strength analysis: For structural safety by hammer test, core test and other test related concrete strength determination.

Piling is defined as being foundations that are driven or bored through the ground along a certain length of area to carry and transfer loads to soil considered to be weak. We handle both Pre-Cast Pile and Cast-in-Situ Pile.

Grout of Ground Improvement: Grout is generally a mix of water, cement, sand and chemical used to fill voids in the soil after pile installation. It increases bearing capacity and reduces construction costs. High pressure pump is used for the grouting work with safety as a huge priority.

Interior design is a multifaceted profession that includes conceptual development, liaising with stakeholders, and the execution of the design. We offer specialized services for:

Erection & Fabrication: We have a strong team for erection of pre-fabricated steel structures, alongside a large fleet of experienced trained foremen. We are well equipped with modern machinery for Cutting, Fitting, Fabrication, Welding, Grinding and Painting.

We utilize high-grade construction chemicals, including Self-Leveling Epoxy, PU Flooring, Floor Hardeners, and Damp Proof Paint to protect interiors from water invasion.

We also provide and install advanced PU Sandwich Panels for superior thermal insulation, seamlessly integrated with custom HVAC designs for optimal climate control.
